1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Leadilize website, platform, and automated software services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Leadilize provides business automation software, including missed-call text-back tools, customer communication pipelines, and lead recovery solutions for commercial enterprises (B2B).

3. Fees, Billing, and Setup

Setup Fee: Clients agree to a one-time, non-refundable setup fee covering initial configuration and deployment.

Subscription Fees: Ongoing monthly software fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis starting on the official system "Live Date."

4. SMS Messaging Program & Compliance

Program Description: The Leadilize messaging program handles automated operational and missed-call text-back communications, appointment reminders, and customer service inquiries.

Opt-Out & Help Instructions: You can cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP.

Rates & Liability: Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our messaging services and platform.

5. Month-to-Month Term & Cancellation

Services operate on a flexible, month-to-month basis with no long-term lock-in. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time prior to your next billing cycle by providing written notice. Access to the software will conclude at the end of the current paid term.

6. Acceptable Use & Compliance

You agree to use Leadilize software only for legitimate business purposes and in full compliance with all applicable laws, carrier regulations, and A2P 10DLC messaging guidelines. You are solely responsible for securing proper consent from your contacts before sending automated text messages.
